New York: International Gender Champions:

Coming in October

International Gender Champions New York are coming in October !

We are thrilled to announce that the Swiss Mission to the United Nations in New York is taking the lead in establishing the International Gender Champions New York group. 

The Swiss Mission led by Ambassador Jürg Lauber will host a breakfast on 14 October at the Swiss Mission for 40 - 50 potential Gender Champions who will join the inaugural group for a soft launch.

The three co-founders of the International Gender Champions Geneva,

Michael Møller, Director-General of the United Nations Office at Geneva,

Ambassador Pamela Hamamoto, US Permanent Representative to the United Nations Office at Geneva and other international organizations, and

Caitlin Kraft-Buchman, CEO/Founder of Women@theTable

are delighted to be flying to New York to address the group and share experiences.

A formal launch is anticipated during CSW in New York in March 2017.
